Lisa-Erika James is an interdisciplinary artist who was born in Michigan and has lived her entire adult life in New York City. With Love Lives Here, she has curated exhibitions that showcase the intersections of multigenerational stories and experiences via video interviews, written and spoken word poetry, and portrait photography, all of which ground and orient her perspective.
